We have X10DAI with AOM-TPM-9665H-S, under Win7 Device Manager there are unknown device found, BIOS have enabled TPM function, what should I do next ?

Please download Microsoft hotfix for Win7 add TPM 2.0 support:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2920188

and install Infineon TPM driver:

ftp://www.supermicro.com.tw/driver/TPM/Infineon/3.7/

Note that you must reboot the server after install TPM driver 3.7 and Microsoft hotfix.
