We have 1028U-TR4+ servers with AOC-UR-i4G riser cards. Do we have any jumpers on the riser to disable the onboard LAN?

No, AOC-UR-i4G does not have a jumper to disable the onboard LAN. Depending upon what your requirement is you can try:

1.Disable the Option ROM for onboard LAN in the BIOS

2.Custom BIOS- Contact Technical Support to look into this and discuss the possibility of developing a custom BIOS to disable LAN for your application.
