We have a X10SDV-7TP4F M/B with AOC-STG-I4S card connected through a x8 Riser. We have an issue of duplicate MAC address where one of the ports appears to have assumed the MAC address of a built-in NIC port.

Can you help resolve the problem?

The duplicate MAC address might be due to incorrect information being entered during EEPROM or incomplete/incorrect VPD information.
Please flash the latest EEPROM and VPD for the NIC. You can contact Technical Support to get the latest files and instructions to flash them for AOC-STG-I4S.
