I have TPM 2.0 and after provisioning the module, I noticed “nvLocked” always is equal to zero. Please advice.

For TPM 1.2, if you apply provisioning nvLocked is equal to “1”. However, for TPM 2.0 it is normal to see “zero” after provisioning.
