I want to know if AOM-TPM-9665V-FS is supported on X10DRi and X10DRH MBs. Are there any limitations in using FIPS TPM Vs standard TPM in MBs?

There is no limitation on X10DRi to support FIPs certification. AOM-TPM-9665V-FS is TPM 1.2, so both boards support AOM-TPM-9665V-FS and AOM-TPM-9665H-FS.
