Could I use E5-2699A v4 on SYS-2028GR-TR? the socket type is 2011 but I check the server spec, this system only supports 2011-3(Ex: E5-2699 v4)?

You can use E5-2699A v4 on SYS-2028GR-TR as it is the same socket as E5-2699 v4, and we have tested E5-2699A v4 on other X10 DP motherboards/systems.
