The 5039a-il server comes with the X11SAE motherboard but since X11SAE motherboard does not support IPMI feature and thus, there is no way you can add an AOC for IPMI capabilities.
The reason for that is because for some later X9/X10 & X11 motherboards have IPMI feature built-in and some are not. Therefore, you need to decide whether IPMI is required at the time of purchasing, otherwise, you can't add IPMI later and we do not have any AOCs (Add-On-Cards) for IPMI.
