Is it possible to use an IDE mobile rack in 5.25" drive bay of SC822 series case?

This depends on the length of IDE mobile rack. Most of mobile racks in the market have a length of about 8.75", and it will not fit. Make sure that you can find one that is not much longer than a regular IDE CDROM.
