I changed the password for my BMC card, but now I cannot connect to the BMC card anymore. I flashed the card again, but I still cannot connect. How can I reset to the default Login ID account on the BMC card?

Please contact our tech support and they will provide you with a BMC flash file (EraseUser.bin) that reset the user account. Procedures are as follows:

1. Copy the EraseUser.bit file onto the update disk that you already have.

2. Change the file name in the autoexec.bat on your floppydisk to EraseUser.bin and update the card by booting from this disk.

3. After that, changing the autoexec.bat again to default and update again with normal update file.

4. The default Login ID is now restored.
