I have an SSG-2029P-DN2R24L system. I am using BMC to open Console Redirect and using virtual media to mount ISO image for OS installation. The Virtual Storage keep indicating that all three Devices are used. If I unplug and try to plug in ISO image, it still complains about Exist IMA file on BMC. How do I resolve this issue?

Please download the latest version of the SMCIPMItool used this link: https://www.supermicro.com/wdl/utility/SMCIPMItool/and use it to mount the ISO image instead. Follow these steps:


1. Enter shell mode.SMCIPMITool.exe <ip address> <username> <password> shell


2. Check the virtual media status using this command: vmwa status


3. Mount ISO:vmwa dev2iso <iso path>
