How to use SNMP v3 walk with MIB file in CentOS?

Install Net-SNMP utility and use the following command.
snmpwalk -v3 -O f -m <MIB_file> -l authPriv -u <User_Name> -a <Auth Protocol> -A <Auth Key> -x <Private Protocol> -X <Private Key> <IP_address>
