Question
We are attempting to use 11 SAS drives in this system, however only 8 our of the 11 appear in the RAID BIOS.
Your webpage says only the following are supported.
SAS: 8x SAS3 (12Gbps) ports
SATA: 10x SATA3 (6Gbps) ports

We are trying to see if there is a way to swap the SATA hot-swap bays to SAS, so we don’t have to compromise on the storage we are trying to use. 
Please let us know ASAP, as this is a mission-critical configuration.

The on-board SAS-3008 controller can only take up to 8-SAS drives, that's why you only see 8-drives.  You will an AOC-S3008L-L8i or AOC-S3008L-L8e if you need to convert the 4-SATA drives to SAS drives.
