I have a few systems using BMC FW 1.76.09 and 1.71.11, I am having issues mounting ISO image with Win CIFS.

Please check the SMB protocol used on your file share host. These BMC FW only support mounting ISO images from Win CIFS and Samba Share with SMBv1.
