Question
I have more than 8 hard drives in a SuperMicro server, but the BIOS and Windows 2000 installation only show 8 hard drives. What is the problem?

Only maximum 8 hard drives can be detected in BIOS and Windows 2000 installation. Once you complete installation of Windows 2000 and go inside the disk management you should see the number of total drives you have.
