I have your P4SAA with Intel 1.8 Ghz processor plus a 512MB DDR266 memory module, but it shows DDR200 when in POST.

Since you are using a 400Mhz FSB processor memory speed is downgraded to DDR 200 (PC1600). If you used a 533Mhz FSB processor it would show DDR 266 (PC2100) in POST.
