Question
Our SSG-620P-E1CR24H (BIOS: 1.4b, BMC: 01.07.13) Simply Double server is experiencing persistent CPU errors, as indicated in the error logs below.
We attempted to resolve the issue by disconnecting and reconnecting the power, but this did not resolve the issue. Would someone be able to assist us in troubleshooting this problem further?

Answer
Please update to the latest BIOS 2.4 and BMC firmware 01.07.13 to bring the CPU microcode and BMC firmware up to date.  If issue persists after BIOS update, check the system crash dump.  If the “Download” button is bold, click on it.
