Why does the slim CDROM (CDM-002) not stay in place when I mount it inside 1U chassis? It keeps sliding in and out.

Answer
This is caused by a missing mounting mechanism. This mounting bracket is a long piece of metal that is screwed by 2 small screws on the left side of slim CDROM. Once the CDROM is installed, this metal bracket provides a locking mechanism to keep the CDROM in place. Please contact our RMA department to get this part.
