Question
What is Boot Block? Do I always need to flash Boot Block every time I update the BIOS?

Answer
Boot Block is an option that allows the system to boot into the floppy even when BIOS has bad block. This is an 8K block that isn't always necessary to be flashed every time BIOS is updated. Whenever you download a new BIOS with instructions to update Boot Block, please do so because that BIOS probably has new data for Boot Block.
