As long as the SuperBlade is installed in an Enterprise server, both on-board Ethernet NICs are accessible through the SBM-GEM-002 Pass-Through – if you have two of the SBM-GEM-002. Note, however, that only one NIC is accessible from each pass-through. The connection through the mid-plane is fixed with one NIC connecting to one Pass-Through and the other NIC connecting to the other Pass-Through.

You do need to make sure you configure the NICs appropriately through the OS – they can be either redundant or load-sharing as you wish, but it is an OS based option.
