Can I use your 3 pin FAN-0078L on your PDSMi main board?

Yes, the PDSMI supports 3 pin fans but without speed control. We suggest you use FAN-0078L4 which will allow fan speed control, please refer to following 5015M-MT Server. http://www.supermicro.com/products/system/1U/5015/SYS-5015M-MT.cfm
