Please confirm if 6025B-TR and 6025B-3R have different raid controllers. Which servers do you recommended for SAS and SATA drives?

The 6025B-TR server is pre-configuration with the on-board Intel South Bridge SATA controller which is compatible with SATA hard drives only. The 6025B-3R server is pre-configuration with on-board embedded Adaptec 9410 SAS controller which is compatible SAS or SATA hard drives, but not in mix.
