I just bought a 4U/Tower server and I need the rackmount kits. How do I get those? Are they included in box with the system?

No, the rackmount kits are not included with the server. You can order these parts from either your distributor or call us at 408-503-8000. Part number is CSE-PT-026. FYI, all 4U/Tower chassis or servers share the same rackmount kits.
