Platform Overview

Built upon the capability of the Intel® Xeon® 6700/6500-series processors with P-cores or Intel® Xeon® 6700 processor with E-cores, the X14SBI-F/-TF motherboard provides system performance, power efficiency, and feature sets to address the needs of next-generation computer users.

The X14SBI-F/-TF motherboard dramatically increases system performance for a multitude of server applications and supports the following features:

The X14SBI-F/-TF motherboard excels with multiple PCIe expansions and MCIOs design to handle high-density storage and GPUs. It supports direct installation of two FH/FL and double-width GPUs for optimal acceleration to achieve extreme performance.

The X14SBI-F/-TF motherboard dramatically increases system performance for a multitude of server applications and supports the following features:

  • Up to six PCIe 5.0 slots: three PCIe 5.0 x16, three PCIe 5.0 x8 (SLOT1–SLOT5 support CXL 2.0 devices. SLOT6 is enabled with the following processors installed: Intel® Xeon ® 6781P, 6761P, 6741P, 6731P, and 6521P)

  • Up to six MCIO PCIe 5.0 x8 connectors (JNVME1 and JNVME2 support CXL 2.0 devices. JNVME3 - JNVME6 are enabled with the following processors installed: Intel® Xeon ® 6781P, 6761P, 6741P, 6731P, 6521P, 6511P)

  • BMC supports remote management, virtualization, Redfish, and the security package for enterprise platforms

  • Single socket E2 (LGA 4710) supported, processor supports up to 350 W TDP 

  • Up to 2 TB of 3DS RDIMM/MRDIMM DDR5 ECC memory with speeds of up to 8000 MT/s in eight DIMM slots

  • Dual LAN with 10G Base-T with Intel® X550 (X14SBI-TF)

  • Onboard TPM9672: TCG 2.0, FIPS 140-2 Level 2 certified

  • Intel Software Guard Extensions (SGX), Intel Trusted Domain Extensions (TDX)
