I am shipping Supermicro boards to our sister company. The container box from Supermicro had the caution sticker about Lithium Batteries. The shipper is requesting some sort of letter to make certain that it’s okay to take on a passenger flight. Where can I find this information?

Please contact our Technical Support group and we will get you the declaration letter for the MSDS of the Lithium Battery.
