I have Superserver SS6027TR-D71RF which has 12X 3.5" drive bays, and I want to convert one of the bays to use 2.5" drive. What part number would I need to do that?

You will need to purchase a hard disk drive tray with part# MCP-220-00043-0N which has compartment for installing 2.5" drive.
