The USB3.0 controller in BIOS of the system 5017A-EF was turned off by mistake. Can I update BIOS remotely through IPMI?

Yes. MB X9SBAA-F inside comes with the feature to update BIOS through IPMI. But you need to contact your sales to get a license key before you can do it.
