I have a X9SCV-Q motherboard and using I7-3720QM. The motherboard gives me a beep code and does not boot up.

The X9SCV-Q motherboard is not compatible with the i7-3720QM. It is only compatible with 2nd generation Core i7/i5/i3 CPUs and Celeron Processor B800 series CPUs.
