Raid Volume consistency check keep showing error message in MSM

Consistency Check is to check the data integrity in the volume. So the data on the volume needs to be written correctly in the first place. Quick format will not do this.


MegaRaid also have a feature call BGI (background initialization). This task will start when the volume has been created. However, this task does not start immediately (normally after 5 or more minutes after the volume has been created). This task will make sure the data integrity when the volume created. However, if you manually start CC immediately then it will prevent BGI to start.
