Is the P4SDA+ motherboard USB1.0 or 2.0 bus compliant? If it only supports USB1.0, can it be upgraded?

The P4SDA+ motherboard only supports USB1.0 bus compliant. There is no option to upgrade 1.0 to 2.0. The Intel 845GE chipset supports USB2.0 bus compliant.
