CPLD provide the present pins of NVMe drives to BMC. There is no broken or damage info to bmc.
Also if the users do the eject in web GUI successfully, the drive present pin will be gone. But the users do not remove the drive physically. For this case, BMC cannot report the drive remove correctly.
So as a result, BMC cannot log the NVMe removal event correctly.
