We want to add two more 2.5" HDDs into 836TQ-R500B chassis(don't need to hot-swap), does we need to purchase any parts for that kind of install? Please advise.

Yes, If you want to add two more 2.5” HDDs, need to purchase HDD trays then install in front of 836TQ-R500B chassis, please refer below HDD trays model name or you can refer our web-site link on below.
