Customer reported SSG-1029P-NMR36L can't power up.

Informed customer to do 3 basic debugging steps first.  1. Check power cable is securely plugged.  2. Press power button to power up again.  3. Clear CMOS. 


Customer reported the issue resolved probably due to bad power cord connection.
