I have a motherboard model Supermicro X7SBL-LN2 and I need to install a 4TB hard drive. However, in the BIOS it only shows a 2TB hard drive. Is there an update that solves this problem ?

The ICH9R controller on X7SBL-LN2 board only supports up to 2TB hard disk drive. Updating the BIOS firmware to the latest will not help either.
