I have motherboard A2SDi-H-TP4F board. What is the HJP1 functionality?

JPH1 header is a 4 pin power output from MB to HDDs by using 4 Pin LP4 to SATA Power Cable Adapter.
User can use JPH1 header to provide power to a HDDs, which don’t need to connect to any other power supply.
