We have 6029P-E1CR12H with AOC-STGN-i2S install Windows 2019 core version.
Executed sconfig command network settings will get "No active network adapters found"

Answer
Please checking the command "systeminfo" to see if Network card have detected.
If detected x722 network card, kindly to checking the status media is disconnected or connected.
Soft remind, sconfig network settings would need wire connect to supported.
