We have SYS-F618R2-RTN+ that we would like to replace SATA with SAS controller, can you advise what components we need to do the conversion?

Assuming you have <span lang="EN-AU" style="">SYS-F618R2-RTN+

If so, the way to convert them to support SAS RAID with SuperCap is by applying parts mentioned below.

 1) CBL-SAST-0697  (SAS3 cable)

2) BTR-CV3108-FT1     (SuperCap kit)                     <o:p></o:p>

3) BPN-ADP-8S3108-1UF  

4) You will need to install this S3108 RAID controller (BPN-ADP-8S3108-1UF) on to the MB. There is a dedicated slot on the front portion of the MB for this RAID card, then connect the SAS3 cable (_CBL-SAST-0697) in between the front HDD backplane and BPN-ADP-8S3108-1UF.
