I have RAID 1 mirrored for 2 HDDs. One has gone bad. Can the system still boot with just one hard drive?

Answer
Yes, it may take longer to boot into OS. When it does so, do not shut down or reboot the system while it's booting into Windows because OS may crash otherwise.
