I have a P3TSSA motherboard with Celeron 533MHz. When I hit "Power On", all I get is a siren alarm tone. Any suggestion on how to fix this problem?

The siren means that the board does not receive any current to the VRM (voltage regulator module). Please check your processor and make sure it is seated in the CPU socket.
