Does P3TDLE support processors up to 1.4GHz? The DIP switch on the board does not show combination for this speed.

Answer
Most of the PIII processors have fixed core/bus ratio and cannot be changed by external jumper settings. You just need to set FSB speed correctly but ignore the ratio setting.
