Question
I am using your P4DP6 motherboard with 1.5GHz Xeon processors, and the speed is incorrectly displayed. There is nowhere in the BIOS to set CPU speed. How can I get full speed out of these processors?

The processors you are using are not compatible with this motherboard, the BIOS detects the installed processors and the CPU multiplier option is disabled and hidden. Please use 1.8GHz or faster processors which are of the Prestonia family and are compatible.
