I have a SuperMicro dual channel SCA back plane and don't know how the IDs are assigned between two channels.

The CSE-SCA-0011 has 2 channels: four drives are on channel B and three drives are on channel A. If you stand the chassis straight up, the drives' ID are as follow:
[ ID3 - 7
B [ ID2 - 6
[ ID1 - 5
[ ID0 - 4
A [ ID2 - 3
[ ID1 - 2
[ ID0 - 1
Channel B - Drives 7-4
Channel A - Drives 3-1
