Question
I have a 6040G server with 4 hard drives running RAID 5, one of the drive failed and I replaced it with a brand new drive, format the drive to make it online and then rebuild the array. However, I still see the red LED blinking after the rebuild.

Answer
Pull out the drive again and put it back to rebuild the array again. It will fix the problem.
