When flashing the BIOS on a Phoenix BIOS system, is it possible to force "phlash.exe" not to reboot right after it's done flashing?

Yes, you may use the "/exi"" parameter for "phlash.exe" which will exit to DOS flashing rather than showing "Press F1 to continue". Another option is "/mfg" which allows you to automatically reboot without a key-press.
