Question
My customer has a problem with the SYS-5015M-T+ Super Server and BlackMagic Declink PRO PCI card. He uses Windows XP x64 Operating System. If only 2GB of main memory is installed the card works fine, but as soon as they add 2GB or 4GB then the Declink PRO PCI card doesn’t work and there has a yellow question mark at Windows Device Manager. What could be the issue?

The Decklink PRO PCI card only supports up to 3GB memory.
