I am using your X7DCA-I main board and SC743TQ-865-SQ. The drive bays not connected to the motherboard is slowly blinking red. What is the issue?

Answer
The backplane needs an firmware upgrade to AMI firmware rev. 0007 for ICH9R. Please find attached.
