At the website specifications page of your AMD H8QMI-2 mainboard the correct heatsink mentioned is the SNK-P0023P+. We have the SNK-P0023P on stock, can we also use these?

No, for a 32 DIMM platform, which the H8QMI-2 mainboard is, you can only use the SNK-P0023P+.
