We see that the X8STE main board is compatible with the SC822T-400LPB chassis. Can we use our old SC822i-400RC?

Mechanically it is okay. But

1) You may need to verify the riser card with PCI slots on X8STE.

2) To ensure system stability, a 550W (minimum) ATX power supply [4-pin (+12V), 8-pin (+12V) and 24-pin are required]

3) For thermal concern, please use an active heatsink in this configuration.
