I have an SC848A-R1800B chassis and would like to use a 2.5" HDD for the OS in the chassis. Is it possible and if so what are part numbers for the tray and the bracket?

Yes, it is possible. You will need a HDD tray and a bracket. The part numbers are, MCP-220-00044-0N and MCP-220-00048-0N.
