Is it possible to update the IPMI FW with IPMICFG?
If so, whats the correct syntax?

It is not possible to update IPMI with IPMICFG, however, it is possible to flash from a DOS prompt. The tools and manual for this can both be found on our FTP: ftp://ftp.supermicro.nl/utility/IPMI%20FW%20flash%20tools/
