I want to update the on-board LSI 2308 firmware on X9QR7-TF-JBOD. There are 2 boot orders. How can I update the firmware of the 2nd boot order?

If you use command sas2flash - f , then you only update the first boot order. If the boot order numbers are 0 and 1, you can use command sas2flash -c 1 -f to update the second boot order.
